Community Overview

The Strand at Headlands custom home development features 118 custom home lots all with ocean views and lot sizes averaging 10,000 square feet.  This guard gated 121 acre development located just above Strand Beach off Pacific Coast Highway is one of the last coastal developments in Orange County.  Prices range from $2.1 million to $17.2 million for lots.  This neighborhood will feature over 5 parks when completed, a state of the art community beach club, a 90 room hotel, and commercial space as well.  The 5 parks will take up 68 acres of space and there will be over 35,000 square feet of commercial space.  The 118 custom home lots at the Strand at Headlands will be divided into two subdivision, The South Strand and the North Strand.

The Strand at Headlands is in the heart of the California Riviera and is by the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resort as well as the Monarch Beach Golf Links.  Dana Point Harbor and Newport Harbor are also very close for boating activities and the community is located by world famous beaches both within Dana Point and in nearby Laguna Beach to the north.  The Strand at Headlands is part of Capistrano Unified School District and great private schools are nearby in Dana Point, which can be found on GreatSchools.org.  Shopping, dining and entertainment is all nearby in other coastal communities such as Laguna Beach and San Clemente and major shopping areas such as the Shops at Mission Viejo, the Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island, and Southcoast Plaza are all within 15-20 minutes.  The Strand at Headlands development is 15 miles south of John Wayne, Orange County Airport.
